Operation Fox: Frank's Army Continues To March!

Well you haven't lost any of your enthusiasm yet, and I am grateful to you for that, as more and more people come forward to say that they are supporting Operation Fox as part of Frank Black's Army. We often receive emails asking us how people can better support the campaign and let me tell you there is no better way to support us than by sending letters, postcards and polaroids to 20th Century Fox. It is the only chance we have of bringing Frank Black back. So, before you sit down to write to us, write to them. Make a difference eh?

And here's one individual doing just that and she shouldn't need any introduction to you. Laura of Spooktalkular.com, along with her husband Frank, was one of the earliest supporters this campaign found. It seems so long ago that I wrote to them both, and probably is, and they have never wavered in their support and we are indebted to them. So, here she is about to send her letter to Fox on behalf of Frank's Army.

To join the cause you can now print out a pack of postcards, with an address included, by clicking the envelope icon below.

Just one postcard can make all the difference and that postcard could be yours.

Mark x

Good girl! That's what we like to see! March on Millennium Soldiers!

Great job Laura...we do need a picture of Mark and Frank. Nice to see what you look like. You're not just a member of Frank's Army, you are a founding mother ... that doesn't sound right.

Thanks for sharing.

Great to finally see a pic of Laura after the very tiny avatar pic on Twitter.

Oh we do need nurturing and supporting and occasionally feeding so allow me to be the first to take you up on your kind offer of Millennium Comestibles as advertised at TIWWA ;)

Wave_Crest well it is a serious cause right? haha lol I am so far from a serious person, you just don;t know. I have an odd sense of humor and will always find something to laugh about, as in our podcast you probably have notice I get the giggles a lot and laugh about everything. I just find that life is too precious to be serious all the time and you gotta have fun and enjoy it.

oh and that is a tiny pic of me on twitter i will probably have a new one up soon though I usually like to change my pics every so often and yes I am obsessed with myself.. haha lol Here is a better picture of me just picture my head on Shakira's body!!! haha lol At least that is what I keep telling myself...Im a Southern gal so I do like to eat so am a bit curvy!! haha :)

Of course Mark I will nurture and take care of all my B2FB men and feed you too... 2 kinds of bread and some apple spiced pancakes and I have a special room for all of you English gentlemen, the view isn't that great and my dogs might bite but other than that is is just perfect!! hehehe lol :)

No I really do a lot of baking around the this time of year so if anyone wants anything just let me know of course I don't know how fresh it will be after it arrives but I guess I can always just tweet some pictures of it!! Mark, I love TIWWA!!! :)

Laura, I love your attitude.

After all it's...
all work and no play makes Laura a dull girl,
right?

Look at the bright side of life kids.
We never have had the "pleasure" of staring into the devil's eye like Frank Black.

Cheers from Iceland!

Frank Black would never want his supporters to call themselves "soldiers", Jim. ;)

How about "shepherds"?

We are all shepherds.

We are Frank's Army and that's my final word on the matter (either that or I have to change my button designs which have thus far taken me an age.) ;)

Laura - Yes life is too short to be serious I agree. People keep telling me that and I still act seriously and suspicious of strangers.

I'm fascinated to know what types of bread you bake. Have you heard of brioche bread?

RSWehman said... September 20, 2009 at 4:40 AM

Wow...Laura, you are spectacular. Do you have a room with a view for me? I love fresh baked southern anything and I could afford to gain a few pounds.

Once again Jósef has a brilliant idea...Shepherd's, yes we are! Thank goodness I have never had the pleasure of staring into the devils eyes. Altho, if those eyes were Lucy Butlers', she'd get ya before you knew what happened! You know how wicked women are.

I love TIWWA. It's a great site. Many Kudos to the developers! I use it a lot.

I have heard of brioche bread but don't know if I've ever tried it. I know I've never made it.

Mark, how are the dog tags and pins coming along?

Dearest Rhonda,

On the point of buttons and dog tags I am having a near nervous breakdown lol - I'm trying to find a store that allows you to upload the designs so that people may purchase the buttons directly from the website. Cafepress seems to be the best option for this but unless you go premium you are only allowed one of each item per store so, for example, I can only have one badge of a particular size which is no good for me.

Dog tags - same problem. I can customize them but I can't find a way to allow you all to make a purchase directly from the website. My only option would be to purchase a hundred myself and hope that people bought them from me.

Dog tags are probably a no go but the buttons I really want to do.

Any and all ideas welcome.

I'm checking out zazzle.co.uk which looks positive. I'll get back to you all as soon as I can figure it out :)
