One of the true joys of working on this campaign has been making friends and allies over the last thirteen months. It is without doubt you good people who have helped us to make this campaign the success it is and every postcard you send, blog article you write or link you share can, and does, make all the difference.
Allow me to introduce you to Alison and her fine website, www.screamstress.com. If, like me, you ar
e a lover of all things horror and paranormal then Alison's website is a must during your daily trawl of the web. I have very easily lost an hour or so there myself as there is just so much to enjoy: videos, reviews, competitions and news and links galore - she caters for the horror aficiandados out there perfectly.
What's more, Alison has brought this campaign to the attention of her readers on a number of occasions, supporting not only our postcard drive but our recent week dedicated to all thinks 'The Curse of Frank Black'.
Please do pay her a visit and take it from me you will enjoy every minute you spend there and join with me in thanking Alison for her constant support and encouragement and for getting word of this campaign out there to the people that really matter. You guys. In a last minute addition to our plans, Alison has very kindly agreed to be the guest star of our forthcoming podcast. Check it out guys and enjoy the show!
That is who we are!

Friend or foe? Introducing Lisa Sikorski...
Posted by Mark Ducker | Filed under Friend or Foe
It is always a pleasure to welcome new campaigners to the fold and this time is my pleasure to introduce Lisa Sikorski to you all. Pharmacist, artist and writer by heart. Take a few pinches of literature, a little dose of cute and add to it comic books, watching SyFy and Chiller channels, “Torc
hwood”, wicca, metaphysical studies, all things goth, being sarcastic and pondering the sanity of the human race after 20+ years of working in retail and the end result is a very entertaining and thoughtful Blog writer worthy of anyone's attention.
Did I mentioned that Lisa is a Millennium fan? Well she is, in spades and took time out of her busy, and wildly eclectic, schedule to support this campaign and bring it to the attention of her readers and we are indebted to her support. You can see the end result here and I'm sure you'll agree with me it is a welcome effort on this campaign's behalf.
So please do pay her a visit and extend to her a warm welcome to the family. Once again, our thanks to Lisa for such a generous donation of her time which we are only to happy to repay 'cos this is who we are (yeah, I know you saw that one coming.)

Friend or Foe: Sean Stubblefield!
Posted by Mark Ducker | Filed under Brian A. Dixon, Friend or Foe, Sean Stubblefield
As you know, the beating heart of this campaign is the fans and the supporters of the show who take the time to write letters to Fox championing our cause and politely requesting a return of Frank Black. Sean Stubblefield is a sterling example of what this campaign needs, passionate fans w
illing to go that extra mile in order to help this campaign achieve its ends and contributing a very welcome article about our efforts in the process.
Sean is an independent writer (and fan) of philosophy and science fiction, a story consultant, proud geek, and loves Millennium so much he compiled and published his own sourcebook as well as contributing three poems to Brian Dixon's thematically related project, Revelation. Graduating with a Bachelors degree in TV/film making and media studies, Sean later discovered & embraced a passion and skill with writing.
He has written/published for sale 5 books (3 philosophy, 1 media studies, 1 sci-fi short story anthology), and has another in development, consisting of his current Twitter science fiction project to be found at twitter.com/seanacahi.
During 2005-2008, Sean was a volunteer writer/ editor for online “news paper” The Student Operated Press. Besides writing and sci-fi, his great passion is traveling and exploring, but also enjoys photography, biking, rock climbing and beaches.
Believing it is important to express artistic creativity and supporting the arts, Sean engages in art philanthropy as money and time allows, and created a blog named From The Stars, where exceptional independent artist projects are featured and celebrated. So, extend a hearty campaign welcome to Sean and please express your thanks for his support thus far. This is who we are!
- His books and more information about him can be found on this blog, http://seanstubblefield.blogspot.com and at www.myspace.com/exastra.
- Sean is also a supporter of the short film project 'Artemis Eternal'. Further information about that project can be found here!

FRIEND OR FOE? BTFB TALK EXCLUSIVELY TO BRENNAN NEIL!
Posted by Mark Ducker | Filed under Friend or Foe

On of the most endearing aspects of this campaign is having the pleasure of finding friends and allies in the process. Every now and again we strike gold and happen upon someone who shares our passion for Millennium and volunteers to help the campaign in such a way that we are indebted to their kindness.
We found one such individual in Brennan Neil, creator and writer of the post apocalyptic sci-fi/fantasy/horror/noir blog-series 'Baphomet's Requiem 2013' who happens to be a devoted fan of the original Millennium series and an avid supporter of the Back to Frank Black initiative. His organization, News Without Order, a small independent media company dedicated to "Illumination through entertainment" feels strongly about the series revival and recently petitioned us for the chance to sit down with one of our very own for a comprehensive dialogue surrounding Frank Black's return, the chance for a Millennium feature film and a back and forth on all things regarding our efforts here at Back to Frank Black.
To read the interview in full and return the support Brennan has shown us visit here! Whilst you are there take the opportunity to browse the site and find out what the web series is all about. As someone who has had the pleasure to read it I can heartily recommend it to any fan of Millennium and one good turn more than deserves another.

Because We Can't Just Sit Back And Hope For A Happy Ending!
Posted by Mark Ducker | Filed under Barry Renshaw, Friend or Foe

Old Redeye is back and that's not to suggest Barry Renshaw has been a little greedy with the sauce but rather to announce the return of the monthly magazine, this time in pdf format, primarily focussing on the indie British comics scene. What can we say, it's quite simply brilliant and is bursting at the seams with news, reviews, features and art and is more than worth the measly £1/$1.50 price of a download.
To BackToFrankBlack campaigners, Barry i
s no stranger. He created and designed our exclusive merchandise range, is an active member of the Millennium fan community, created the artwork that graces our intro page and continues to plug this campaign with a five, yes five, page spread in this very magazine.
Showing support for the people that in turn support us is vital. Their time, devotion and energy for this campaign swallows their spare time and is done for with nothing asked for in return. Support the supporters is a phrase I'm fond of so do exactly that. £1 of your money will entertain you more than you ever thought it could.
• REDEYE MAGAZINE ISSUE 2.1: 114 pages, colour, PDF format, 82mb direct download. Just £1/$1.50! Download it from www.enginecomics.co.uk/redeye

WITH FRIENDS LIKE THESE: HAUNTEDHOUSE.COM JOIN THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL!
Posted by Mark Ducker | Filed under Friend or Foe, Mark Hayden
Thanks to the phenomenon that is twitter, I had the pleasure of discovering HauntedHouse.com and it's wonderful webmaster Christopher. Like us, Christopher is a Millennium aficionado and was happy to share with us his thoughts and feelings on one show that left an indelibleimpr
ession upon him. Imagine our delight when he extended his friendship to us and offered to support the campaign by way of an interview with yours truly.Hauntedhouse.com really has to be experienced to be truly appreciated. If you lean towards all things horror and Halloween, as I do, then this website is a veritable goldmine of information and goodies and what's more it is the work a fan of the show and, more recently, an appreciator of the campaign, what further impetus do you need to check it out?
I could not in all honesty do justice to the impressive content the site has on offer. If you are seeking the best in horror podcasts, haunted house locations, Halloween related goods, the meaning of life (well, evidently not the latter but it has to be the only thing this site doesn't have) then head on over and get lost in the content. I did and a happy hour went by in the blink of an eye.

Secure Immaturity joins the campaign trail to bring back, FRANK BLACK!
Posted by Mark Ducker | Filed under Friend or Foe, Secure Immaturity
During the course of this campaign, BackToFrankBlack has been delighted to have made the acquaintance of fellow Millennium fans from around the globe, allow me to introduce the latest addition to our rag-tag fleet of followers.
We happened up Will, the Editor of Secure Immaturity, when we discovered his fantastic reviews of the three seasons of Millennium and found in him a fellow after our own much coveted crowns as card carry uber nerds. Will very kindly pointed his readers in our direction with a very heart warming article about the efforts of BackToFrankBlack and it is a pleasure to return the favour.
Secure Immaturity is a stellar read, I actually lost time browsing the many articles that cater to every taste and type, when you are reading an a critique of how annoying Alpha 5 from Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers was you know you have struck Blog gold. So, head on over, make some time and enjoy your browse through the goods on offer in this fantastic pop culture marketplace.

IT'S INFECTIOUS!
Posted by Mark Ducker | Filed under Friend or Foe

It has been the hope of this campaign that word of our efforts would spread like Marburg Variant PRP and assume a life of its own beyond our considerable efforts to promote it. We are always delighted when, often unexpectedly, we happen upon a show of support from an individual who's appreciation of Millennium prompted them to action.
We cannot emphasise enough how important a role your Blogs, Tweets and social network profiles can play in assisting our efforts. Here, we preach to the converted, enjoyably so I might add, out there you have the potential to deliver word of us to a whole new audience, please considering giving this campaign a little plug wherever you can!
One such individual who did just that is Eric Howton, who previously spoke of the campaign in his excellent journal, The Empirical Manifesto. In his latest entry, Eric turns his attention, once more, to the campaign and urges his readers and followers to check us out. We are indebted to Eric for the interest and support he has afforded us and it is a pleasure to direct you, our friends, his way in return. Thank you Eric!
So, follow his, and many other's, example. Stand up, shout loud and spread word of the campaign as far and wide as you can. The time is now, this is who we are!
