We will start to feature videos from Millennium fans with this new feature, Video Showcase. If you are interested in sending in a video, you can email us at info@backtofrankblack.com. The video can be a trailer, music video or whatever you like, so long as it is Millennium related.
The first offering is from someone who isn't a stranger to fans of this website. Jason Morris is the man behind the fan series Millennium Apocalypse. We will be debuting the first episode of Season One later this week, but right now Jason has sent us a clip that promotes both us as well as the debut of his series on our website. It's a very unusual approach and one that we think works quite well!

It's Day Six of Thomas J. Wright Week and, given his prominent role as director, it makes sense that we have a video for you. Cue another of the Back to Frank Black team regulars to celebrate Thom's work behind the camera in the return of Joselyn's Eye.
Regular readers of the blog will of course be familiar with Joselyn's work, but herein her accomplishment is twofold: first, to break down the role of the director to give some insight into Thom's craft and, second, to illustrate that with a compendium of clips from the huge array of episodes he has directed. Sit back, then, and enjoy another wonderful compilation celebrating the huge contribution by Thomas J. Wright to the realisation of Millennium's singular vision...

First Snow
Posted by Adam Chamberlain | Filed under Brittany Tiplady, Videos
Which neatly (sort-of) leads me into a very special treat for you all. Brittany Tiplady - our very own Jordan Black - has starred in a wonderful short film available on YouTube. Entitled First Snow, it was filmed, edited and directed by Danielle Dobson and tells the story of a girl who falls asleep whilst reading a book and finds herself in a wintry dream world.
On the very first viewing I found this beautifully shot, captivating and haunting. As well as being reminded of a Northern Exposure episode with which it shares its title (another show about which I am passionate, although I'll save that for another day and another blog) I couldn't help but be reminded of Frank's visions of Catherine in The Sound of Snow. Above all, though, it made me all the more excited at the prospect of Brittany and Lance Henriksen getting the chance to revisit and update their superbly realised father-daughter relationship on-screen together.
Still, enough from me. So without further ado, enjoy the film and please do leave feedback for Brittany and/or Danielle to let them know how much you enjoyed it.

Future Back to Frank Black Staffer?
Posted by TL | Filed under Christina Nicholls, Videos
One of the amazing things about working on this campaign to bring Frank Black back to the big screen is that we get to meet fans of Lance Henriksen from all over the world. At last count, there have been people coming to the site from over 30 countries! This definitely shows that Millennium and Lance Henriksen have a worldwide appeal. FOX, are you reading this?
Right now, Back to Frank Black has a complete staff for the first time and we are running like a well-oiled machine, but let's not forget that we all have lives outside of the campaign. That's why it is with great pleasure that we present a future staff member. In the video clip you will see below is the lovely Juliet Balmean. She is the daughter of Back to Frank Black staff members Max and Christina. At just 17 months she sits in front of the TV and, although some very creepy images of the Pumpkinhead monster appear on screen, she just takes it in stride. One of the cutest things we have ever seen! Please join us in thanking Max and Christina in letting us share this great clip with all of you!

Here's My Thing: TEOTWAWKI
Posted by TL | Filed under DiRT, Here's My Thing, TEOTWAWKI, Videos
It has been a while since we've heard from our resident episode reviewer, DiRT, but I am happy to announce that he is back and better than ever. Some say he was a victim of the Marburg virus, some say he sort of went the route of Lara Means, but nonetheless, he is back!
Today DiRT takes a look at the season three episode "TEOTWAWKI," offering his unique take on the episode. What sets this review apart from his other reviews is that this time, he has a special guest join him, so to speak.
Enjoy the video, and make sure you leave comments on the blog letting DiRT know your thoughts about the episode and his review of it! And don't forget to head over to the site where DiRT and the rest of his pop culture friends hang out and discuss toys, video games, comic books, and much, much more. Illusions & Dreams - Emma's Choice
Posted by TL | Filed under Emma Hollis, Joselyn Rojas, Joselyn's Eye, Klea Scott, Videos
We are back with another installment of Joselyn's Eye. Today's featured video is a tribute to season three's Emma Hollis, played by the wonderful Klea Scott. With the exit of a beloved character in season two and the introduction to a new character in the third season, some people were hesitant at first to give the character a fair shot but, over the course of the year, both the writing and Klea's portrayal definitely led people to appreciate the character .
One of the great dynamics of season three is the relationship between Emma Hollis and her father, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease. She is given the opportunity by the Millennium Group to help cure her father in exchange for becoming a member of the group. What would you do? Take a look at this fantastic video by Joselyn Rojas... then decide.
Take a moment and leave your thoughts about the video once you finish watching it!

Catherine Black Tribute
Posted by TL | Filed under Catherine Black, Joselyn Rojas, Joselyn's Eye, Megan Gallagher, Videos
BacktoFrankBlack is pleased to bring you another tremendous video for your viewing pleasure. It's been a while since we posted an original fan made video, but we definitely will make this a regular feature as our resident vidder Joselyn Rojas has become part of our team. This is her time to shine with Joselyn's Eye!
Today we bring you a heart wrenching tribute to one of the most beloved characters on the show, Catherine Black. Many fans were sad to see her succumb to the evils of the Marburg virus at the end of Season 2. We ask you all to get out the tissues because this one will definitely cause a few tears to fall for our beloved Catherine!
If there is a video tribute you'd like to see or if you have an idea for a video, please let us know by sending your ideas to info@backtofrankblack.com. Enjoy!

Video Tribute: A Single Blade of Grass!
Posted by James McLean | Filed under A Single Blade of Grass, Josef Karl, Videos

This week's video tribute (a name I have just coined and intend to use from now on so get used to it!), is for an episode that for me, is far better than I originally thought. Season Two's "A Single Blade of Grass" is the source for Josef's latest offering. There are some lovely moments in this episode, and some great little slices of Henriksen.
So sit back and enjoy another slice of visual Millennium courtesy of Josef's Avatar Vision and BacktoFrankBlack!

HERE'S DIRT'S THING: BEWARE OF THE DOG!
Posted by Mark Ducker | Filed under Beware of the Dog, Chris Carter, DiRT, Frank Black, Glen Morgan, Here's My Thing, Lance Henriksen, Videos
Ladies and gentlemen it's time, once again, for our masked avenger, wrestlemaniac and super powered reviewer DiRT to cast his x-ray vision upon another episode of Millennium and direct his considerable following in our direction in the process. This time it's time for a wander down to Bucksnort for season two's Beware of The Dog.
Beware Of The Dog sees Frank travel to Bucksnort, a small town where residents fear for their lives outdoors after the sun goes down, when packs of blood-thirsty dogs roam the streets. Here he discovers that the Millennium Group and its members may be far stranger than is common knowledge and that there may be truth to legends of demons who took on the form of canines. Whatever you think of this episode, kudos has to be given for introducing R.G. Armstrong as The Old Man, a character who was to become beloved of fans and rightly so. So grab some coffee with half-fat cream (and don't forget the cinnamon this time) let's see what DiRT thought shall we?
As always, every new video we add to Youtube, or is added to Youtube for us, reaches out to a whole new audience and may find a Millennium who never knew of our campaign in the process. Don't forget, keep sending those letters and postcards to Mr. Steve Asbell.
As always, lend your considerable support to the man and go visit his own websites and find out what it's all about. Remember, every video made for the this campaign is an indispensable way of reaching out to a potential new campaigner.

HERE'S DIRT'S THING! DIRT'S TOP FIVE!
Posted by Mark Ducker | Filed under DiRT, Here's My Thing, Videos
Ladies and gentlemen it's time, once again, for our masked avenger, wrestlemaniac and super powered reviewer DiRT to cast his x-ray vision upon another episode of Millennium and direct his considerable following in our direction in the process. This time it's a little break from tradition with DiRT giving us his top five Millennium episodes of all time!
Top Five eh? Where do you begin? Sixty seven episodes of sheer brilliance spanning three wonderful seasons each with their own highs and lows: it's no mean feat to select just five from those and I'm glad the task didn't fall to me that's for sure. No two lists of this kind ever look the same and as people's opinions change all the time there's no doubt this one will look very different if we asked DiRT the same question some time down the line but, for now, here it is. Dirt's top five!

Here's Dirt's Thing: Luminary
Posted by Mark Ducker | Filed under Alex Glaser, DiRT, Here's My Thing, Luminary, Tobias Mehler, Videos
Last week we begun the first in, what we hope, will be a long series of episode reviews from our very own wrestle-maniac, masked avenger and comics aficionado DiRT! As a long time fan of the series and an old hand at video based reviews, with a substantial following of his own I might had, who better to turn their x-ray vision to some of Millennium's finest entries. This weeks review is of the mighty Luminary and you may like to know that you can vote for the episode in a poll to select the theme for the next themed week of events, here.
Luminary remains a very popular entry in Millennium's impressive canon and we welcome all your thoughts, positive or not so positive, so don't be shy, share them in the comments section and enjoy a little Millennium Discussion with fellow fans.

Avatar Vision Proudly Presents; IN GEHENNA THE WRETCHED WILL BURN!
Posted by Mark Ducker | Filed under Avatar Vision, Gehenna, Josef Karl, Videos
Time for our weekly jaunt to Cinema Apocalypto for yet another visual feast courtesy of Josef, the campaign's very own Scorsese (or should that be Carter?), Josef has created another storming video montage using selected clips from the episode "Gehenna" and music from Nine Inch Nails - The Wretched. I am sure you will agree the results are awesome as Josef edges ever nearer to his goal of one montage for every episode of the show.
Now there you are, watching the video and wondering why these are so important to us? Youtube is an undeniably powerful way to promote yourself and entertain others in the process. A few minutes, a fun video and one more Millennium fan could very well find out about this campaign who didn't know of it before and this is exactly what is happening since Josef came on board with this fantastic project.
