Time once again for another Millennium music video courtesy of our video guru Josef. Each and every week Josef locks himself away in The Spotnitz Sanitarium and creates another musical montage in the hope that we can reach another potential campaigner via the power of Youtube and I know you guys have come to enjoy his work and look forward to it. You can help this campaign by joining Josef and making a video of your own. It needn't be something as complex as a music video, a simple recording of yourself talking about support for this campaign is all we need. Give it some thought.
This week we turn our attention to Frank Spontnitz's Weeds, a tale of a private community and the fate that begins to befall a group of young men made to pay, literally, for the sins of their fathers. Interestingly, Frank Spotnitz himself considers this his least favourite episode of Millennium but states that the idea behind it is an interesting one. What do you guys think? Do your share his opinion or consider it one of the greats? Either way, settle back and enjoy the show!

Hey Mark, this is truly inventive with the credits. You're taking it up a notch, BAM!
This is again, the same band that I used with the Pilot music video.
I always planned to use this song, but it just hit me around the same time as I did The Thin White Line/Filter music video that it fit perfectly with this episode.
Cheers from Iceland!

Well I came a bit late to the project but I just found your link to your Youtube page and found all the videos and they are a very enjoyable watch. So much hard work has gone in to them.I tried to print a batch of postcards but ran out of ink halfway through but I promise to get these sent before the Christmas holidays. Keep up the good work.
Very nice video. Not a great episode but the video makes it look better. I agree with Mr. Frank Spotnitz. A good idea that fell a little short on screen but still better than most episodic series' out there.
★☆★☆Love it★☆★☆ I can't wait to see what you have in store for Christmas. My sister was over yesterday, helping me get ready for Thanksgiving as I have my folks round and I was getting in the spirit of things and kept thinking, I wonder if the guys will do something for Thanksgiving. I guess being multinational and all you will wait for Christmas but Happy Holidays to everyone. This is who we are!
Great work!
Great work as always! The music fits the dark images (or the other way around) perfectly. You really have an eye and ear for this, Jósef. Thank you!
Aw Josef, another great video and a dark and spooky one I might add. You have won approval from the spook mistress! Lol Love the music too, you have a great ear for picking just the right music to go with your videos... good job. :)

Thanks for the comments, I really appreciate them. And frankly, didn't think I would get so many SO SOON.
I think this is a very good episode, a solid one.
And Eric, there are WAY more music videos on this blog, just go back via the Older Posts at the bottom. Since some sadly couldn't pass onto YouTube unscathed.
FoxyWonder, I do have something planned for a Christmas music video. I'm still wondering on a track, have a few choices. But rest assured, it will come in time for Christmas Eve.
Next one, a very epic 7 minute long music video!
Cheers from Iceland!

A seven minute epic Millennium Video? Looking forward to it. Yippee.
Josef rocks. Keep 'em coming dude!
Guilty Weeds was awesome. I've got a You Tube downloader, I'm bringing it home with me so that I can enjoy it more often.
It's not my kind of music but I like how the videos are being edited together, and the bit I especially like is the sound and visual effect with the ouroborus at the end of the music video.
"Weeds" is one of my favourites from Season One. I'd forgotten about the snowy scenery in the housing community. When was this episode filmed? Was it towards the end of 1996?
The episode has one of those classic endings, which sometimes is over-used in drama series. However when it's done well, and in "Weeds" it was done well, it leaves an impression which you get from Millennium...that you're watching an accomplished series.
