that was much better & more interesting than I expected. and I expected it to be great. a widely diverse range coverage of topics. quite relevent & insightful discussion on media-audience relations and storytelling... as well as noting the importance of focusing more on virtue/value in what the story is saying/doing than visual quality.
AND there's a part 2? joy!!!
i love this podcast.

also, i never understood how/why people feel compelled to destroy/attack the successful.

Great podcast.

Thank you James, Troy and John.

I've been following John's blog for a while, since I saw his Millennium essays pop up through this site.

And some of those blog posts have made me buy some films, as The Fury (saw it one time when I was a kid and liked it) and Raising Cain (never saw that one before).

And you really should also put links to a fantastic 3 part Millennium discussion John did with another guy. It can be found somewhere on John's blog page.

Cheers from Iceland!

I only recently discovered John Kenneth Muir via yourselves, and this interview met my already very high expectations. John has true insight into so many aspects of visual media and his views on Millennium and beyond were captivating. Can't wait for Part Two.

Liking the tweaks to the branding of the site so far too. Good luck for 2010, folks - we'll continue to follow you here and do what we can to publicise you via Fourth Horseman Press' various outlets to the big, wide world.
