Adam and the B2FB WorldWide Fan Project!

To help, encourage and/or inspire fellow fans, Back To Frank Black staff writer, brainstormer and rather sparky fellow Adam Chamberlain has agreed to put his video for the Worldwide Fan Project up onto the blog.

For those a little less in the know than my good self (and obviously Adam as well), Back to Frank Black will be doing a montage of videos of fans from across the world declaring their love for the show in a simple phrase "This Is Who We Are".

This video doesn't have to be long, it doesn't have to be smart, it just has to "be". If you want to do one that somehow signifies who you are, maybe via a landmark that associates you to your country, or maybe something personal to you that shows what you're about (a teddy, a toy, a large rack of assorted used and unused carving knives etc), that's brilliant but not essential.

Once complete, send to info@backtofrankblack.com. These only have to be short -- quality isn't vital. For many, it is just a quick recording on their cell/mobile phone, plug into the computer, transfer the movie to the hard-drive and send via email to us.

Simples, ja?

Great landscape. Almost went there in this years hollidays.

But thanks for reminding me to record the video! It's only 'till november 14th, right?

My pleasure to have this shared on the blog, James. I'm more than happy to be able to exemplify the fact that these clips need not be smart or be quality. Hey, hang on a minute... !

Dominik - you're right, Sunday 14th November is the current deadline for the Project. We may yet extend that date a little, but if you can take a few moments to record and send us something this weekend then that would be great. Thanks in advance!

Oh, and Dominik - I can heartily recommend Andalucia for a visit. I was up in the mountains here a little south of Granada, and whilst it's getting pretty cold at night now, it's still 20C or slightly warmer through the day. It's a spectacular region, though, and one I'm growing to love very much.

Oh I'm so jealous right now.

Well, Andalucia is now official on my short list for possible visit-location for next years vacation.

Regarding the video; it will be sent. It's just that I'm away a good part of the coming weekend so it could be within the "last minutes".
